Progress of Researches on Methods for Determination of Malondialdehyde in Biological Samples

A review on the progress of researches on methods for determination of malondialdehyde in biological samples (mainly including biological fluids, urine and tissues) was presented, relating especially to methods of UV-Vis spectrophotometry, fluorescence spectrometry, HPLC, GC-MS, ELISA,and Raman spectroscopy. Prospects on the trends of development in this field were also given (36 ref. cited).
